A very good, strong Dungarvan side were the next team to fall under the mighty sword of our amazing Junior A Ladies in the Munster Club Semi-Final on Saturday, 1st October in Mallow.  Our Heroic Ladies, wearing the Cork Jersey (due to a clash of club colours) secured their win on a score line of 7-13 to 4-09.  Fantastic performances and cool heads were the order of the day as they took control of the game and finished out comfortably in the end.

The Club is now into unchartered territory – boldly going where no team has gone before!!!  A Munster Club Final!!   Pencil the above date into your diary’s  -  come to Mallow and support our superb footballing hero’s – you will not be disappointed.

This triumph is ‘a huge big deal’ not only for Kinsale GAA Club, but for the town of Kinsale…….. our Junior A Ladies are putting Kinsale on the sporting Map of Ireland.   So now is the time for #Serious Support from everyone in the club and in Kinsale.

Remember that saying ‘Blue is for Boys’  ………………  and White is usually synonymous with fluffy white clouds, glistening snow and cute little bunnies!!!!

Well never mind all that ……….. the real truth is …….The ‘Blue & White’ stands for ‘Warriors’!

Warriors are courageous, proud, dedicated and committed,  they are strong of heart, passionate, respectful, focused and relentless in the pursuit of achieving their dreams and goals…………  Our Warriors, our Junior Ladies Team, are inviting the whole of Kinsale along for the ride - as they look to achieve their ultimate goal, beginning with a Munster Club Final win.

So lets get Kinsale in Warrior Mode and turn the town ‘Blue & White’ in support of this amazing team.  Flags, Bunting, Good Luck Posters – get the kids colouring/painting Flags or Messages of Good Luck and display them in the windows of your homes over the next two weeks in the lead up to this Munster Final.

To all our local businesses………...we are appealing to each of you to please turn your shop fronts Blue & White in support of all these local girls who will proudly don the Blue & White Kinsale Jersey once again to contest this Munster Final.

And not forgetting all our schools ……….. Obair Bháile  is to go ‘Gorm agus Bán’ le do thoil :-) :-) :-)   – go raibh míle maith agaibh go léir!

The entire Junior Ladies Panel (including Coaches and Mentors) truly believe in themselves……………. they are Warriors.

People of Kinsale it’s time to believe, it’s time to become a Warrior, it’s time to show this Serious Team how much we, as a community, believe in them too and how extremely proud we are of them.

Consider this…….. as the days get shorter and the evenings grow longer and colder and the rain undoubtedly arrives – these girls will come home from work, college, school, grab dinner and head to training, no matter what the weather, to prepare for the biggest game of their lives so far –total commitment, total dedication…. Warriors one and all – this team deserves our unwavering support!

#Serious Support for Serious Warriors – It’s time for Kinsale to go Blue & White – it’s time to answer the Warrior Call!

Note:- Bunting, Flags, Car Flags can be purchased in Maurice Murphy’s Shop – lets put our support on display!
